Introducing Lexi.
Today we are introducing Lexi, your AI teammate, right on your desktop.
Answers are useful. Finished tasks give you time back. Lexi is built to move work from request to result while you keep your focus.
What Lexi does
You press a shortcut and Lexi comes up over whatever you are working on. Hold to talk, or type. Say what you need in your own words: “I have a project review in 30 minutes. Help me prepare.”
Lexi gathers the context you choose, prepares the work and takes actions you approve. It helps with:
Email. Summarizes your inbox, finds the right thread, drafts replies in your tone and sends only when you approve.
Calendar. Finds a time that works for everyone, prepares the invite, sends it when you approve, and gives you a daily agenda.
Meetings. Prepares a brief before each meeting and turns your notes into a summary and action items afterwards.
Research. Looks things up with sources you can check and compares options side by side.
Files and documents. Finds the right file, summarizes it, drafts new documents and keeps folders organized.
Tasks. Turns notes into to-dos, sets reminders and plans your day around your deadlines.
You stay in charge
Lexi works with Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion and Zoom. You choose which apps it can use and what it can do in each. New connections start with read access only. Sending, sharing, deleting and anything that leaves your computer always ask for your approval first.
Lexi never watches your screen in the background. It listens only while you hold your shortcut or the mic button. Every action it takes appears in your activity log, and you can undo where possible.
Lexi remembers the preferences you approve. You can view, edit or delete anything it remembers, or turn memory off completely.

Get it
Lexi runs on macOS and Windows. Download it, sign in and connect an app. Setup takes a few minutes. Then give your teammate a task.
