Give your teammate the context the task needs.

Useful work depends on relevant context. Choose what to share for a task and make it clear where information comes from.

How it works

Context for each task

Share what a task needs (a file, a thread, a meeting) and Lexi works from that.

Illustration: for the request "Help me prepare for my 2 p.m. project review.", the project review meeting, the project brief and the review agenda thread are selected as context. A personal notes file is left unselected.

Where information comes from

Every result shows the sources Lexi used, so you can check them.

Illustration: a project review brief where each point is linked to a numbered source: the project brief, the review agenda thread and the meeting details.

Connected sources

The apps you connect (email, calendar, files, notes) are available to tasks you start, within the access you've granted.

Integrations

Illustration: three connected apps (Gmail and Google Workspace, Notion and Slack) each show what they share. A task you start, preparing for a project review, then uses the calendar event and a Notion page, within the access granted.

Retention, editing and deletion

Lexi remembers the preferences you approve. You can view, edit or delete anything it remembers.

Lexi keeps what it remembers in your account. View, edit or delete any memory anytime, or turn memory off completely.

Illustration: Lexi asks whether to remember a preference, "Send meeting briefs as bullet points". You choose Remember and it joins the list of memories. An outdated memory is then deleted. A switch at the top turns memory on or off.
