You decide what your teammate can do.

Your teammate's access should match the task. Review requests for access and confirm actions when prompted.

Trust & security

Access that matches the task

Grant what a task needs and nothing more.

Illustration: for the request "Find 30 minutes with Alex and Jordan next week.", the teammate asks for calendar availability. Calendar access is allowed for the task, while files and email stay off because the task does not need them.

Approval moments

When an action needs your confirmation, your teammate asks first and shows what it will do.

Illustration: before sending an invitation for the launch plan review, the teammate shows what it will do (time, attendees and the invitation) and waits. You approve it, and only then is it marked as approved.

Changing or revoking access

Change what an app can do, or disconnect it, anytime from Settings. Revoked access takes effect immediately.

Illustration: in Settings, Slack is changed from "Read and draft" to "Read only", and Notion is disconnected. Both changes apply immediately.

Activity visibility

Every action Lexi takes appears in your activity log, with what it did, when, and where.

It asks before anything consequential, keeps an activity log, and lets you undo where possible.

Illustration: an activity log lists each action with its time and app: a reply drafted for Priya in Gmail, the reply sent after your approval, a project review brief created in Notion, and three files moved in Google Drive. The file move is then undone.

Defaults

New connections start with read access only. Sending, sharing, deleting and anything that leaves your computer always ask for your approval first.
